CORPORATE TRAINING
The training can be performed on different levels customer organizational hierarchy, as in operator level, technician level, supervisor level, engineer level and managerial level. The course curriculum for each level has been carefully planned and designed according to international training techniques as followed by Schneider Electric, but considering the Indian industrial scenario. The customer can choose the topics and schedule for the training as per the work schedules and availability of employees and can assure that the training program does not cause problems to regular operations at their plants.
Training can also be requested by clients and customers of SMEC Automation, after the commissioning of control systems at their locations. These programs can concentrate on the operation and maintenance aspects of the system installed and can help the customer avoid operational errors, thus imparting durability and lesser down-times for the system.
The corporate training programs can be imparted at the customer office/plant premises if required, thus reducing the alterations from regular schedules to the minimum. The training if performed at the customer office/plant can help the customer get his employees get in-depth knowledge into the operation of the various automated control systems on his plant floor including process control machinery and OEM machines. The training can actually be focused on particular machines or systems in function on the plant floor, thus providing the operators, technicians and engineers with a never before understanding of the control logic that goes into the system under study.
The corporate training programs can be performed at the laboratories and training workshops of SMEC Automation if so required by the customer. The training can involve study of particular topics of interest as per the customer requirement and can include exposure to the different stages of automation system development as it happens at the design centres and workshops of SMEC Automation.
