What is Automation Training? It’s been a question for a decade, and here is the solution for all your queries. An Industrial Automation Training course in Visakhapatnam,Andra Pradesh involves the use of real PLC Training, PAC Training, DCS Training, SCADA Training, HMI Training, VFD Training. By just learning the programming of these thing doesn’t make you an Automation Engineer, In SMEC our Engineers provide training in a sequential manner, starting from programming-Communication-Interfacing-Panel Building-Hardware Configuration-Assembly-Wiring-Channel Configuration-Testing-Trouble shouting so that when you complete the training you will be able to do all the kinds of Automation jobs in any of the leading companies in the world. Automation has become a very essential part of all process industries. An industrial digital computer that can withstand any industrial conditions is called a Programmable logic controller which is designed in such a way that it can be adapted to any industrial environment. Some of the advantages of using automation are to have increased quality, accuracy, and precision thereby increasing the productivity of the company. Due to fewer amounts of skilled automation engineers in the current century, there is a huge gap for jobs in the world of automation.
Industrial Automation Engineers are responsible for duties like Designing, Programming, Simulation, and Testing of Machinery and Processes in an Industry.

PLC is an industrial computer that monitors inputs and outputs to make decisions based on based on the program stored to the PLC’s memory. The use of PLC’s help to reduce human decision-making efforts to gain higher efficiency. PLCs incorporate internal relays that can function as a physical relay would, and eliminate the relay footprint driving costs down.
Automation is the use of electronics and computer-controlled devices to assume control of processes. The aim of automation is to boost efficiency and reliability.
A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is a user interface or dashboard that communicate with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)
A programmable logic controller (PLC) is an electronic device used in many industries to monitor and control construction systems and production.
1. PLC work only in auto mode (Since program is predefined). If there is error during the operation, we cannot proceed till it rectifies or corrected.
2. The set point cannot be altered in PLC. (If needs to be altered then the licensed program has to be downloaded)
3. There is no display unit in PLC.
4. In PLC we cannot monitor what is happening during the execution.
5. It is programmable logical circuit.
1. HMI work in both auto and manual mode. If there is any error during operations, it can be changed to manual mode and the further operations shall be continued.
2. In HMI, able to change the set point.
3. There will be the display unit in HMI with function buttons.
4. Possible to monitor the current happenings.
5. HMI is generally a touch screen to the PLC
Which PLC and SCADA can be use in industries is depends on many criterias. There are different products in PLC and SCADA. Each have their own specifications.
