Payment Terms & Conditions

  • How to make payment?
    • Candidates should only make payments via portals provided by SMEC. One can visit https://www.smeclabs.com/payments/ to find different payment options that SMEC has arranged and make payments using feasible method. We offer only secure payment options.
    • Once payment is successful, please take a screenshot with transaction ID and payment successful notification. Share the same with respective counsellors or staff from Accounts Department.
    • Once the payment is credited in SMEC’s account, the fee receipt will be issued.
    • Receipt should be collected from accounts department / from counsellors within 24 Hrs of successful payment completion.
    • If you permitted to pay fees in instalments, then collect separate receipts after each successful payment.

  • For registration, the candidate should pay a minimum amount of ₹ 1,000/- or equivalent amount in other currency. Please note, this registration amount is not refundable.
  •  
  • For admission, the candidate should pay a minimum amount of ₹ 5,000/- (for Indian citizens) and 50% of committed fee (for corporates and candidates who have other Nationality).
  •  
  • Certification will be issued only after completion of payment and it should be verified by Dial +91 9958 873 874 or mail your query in [email protected].
  •  
  • Fee payments should be strictly made in Company’s Account via various options available in https://www.smeclabs.com/payments/ . SMEC will not be responsible for payment made in any other account of individuals who may or may not be employees of SMEC.
  •  
  • For Refund, kindly go through our refund policies https://www.smeclabs.com/refund-policy/.
  •  
  • Payments will be only accepted by Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Online Transaction.
  •  
  • There will be no GST applicable if candidate has enrolled for NSDC & IISC approved courses and this is not applicable for Corporates.
  • For Corporate Training, SMEC will issue a GST Invoice.
  •  
  • If you are eligible for Instalment Option (to pay fees) then candidate should make payments on the specified day itself and any delay could temporarily ban permit to attend classes both online and offline.
  •  
  • SMEC offers third party loan options and no cost EMI options. In either case SMEC will not be responsible in anyway.
  •  
  • If there is delay in re-payment of loan received, then SMEC could restrict permission to attend classes.
